A Shopify store — plus a custom staff portal for their card-grading workflow.

The Graded Gallery trade in graded cards and collectibles — a business where trust and careful handling are everything. Customers send cards in, and each one moves through a grading process that has to be tracked precisely.

They needed a real online store to sell through, and something no template could offer: a way for their own staff to follow every submission through that workflow.

The Graded Gallery needed a proper online store — and something no template could give them: a way for staff to track customer card submissions through the grading process.

What I built

A clean Shopify storefront that's quick to browse and easy to buy from.
A custom staff portal that tracks grading submissions through the whole workflow.
A separate wholesale login, so trade buyers see their own pricing.
The whole thing smooth and quick to manage day to day.
