A water-fasting coaching brand selling both self-guided guides and personal coaching. The site needed to feel calm, credible and premium — earning trust in a health space where trust is everything.
My Sacred Health offers water-fasting guides and one-to-one coaching. Fasting is a sensitive, high-trust subject, so the brand needed to read as considered and safe — editorial and grounded rather than loud or clickbait. The visual language is dark, quiet and typographic.
Two offers — affordable self-guided PDFs and higher-touch personal coaching — had to coexist without confusing the visitor or cheapening the premium service. And in a wellness market crowded with hype, the site had to signal credibility and care immediately.
A calm, editorial site with a clear “two ways to begin” structure — self-guided guides priced plainly alongside personalised coaching — plus stories, FAQs and a low-friction “book a free call” for the coaching track. Generous space and restrained type do the work of feeling trustworthy and premium.
